I ate at a top-notch restaurant inside staff. The location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from city centre was marvellous and unbeatable.

Ordered breakfast, it was really poor, it should be better, really.

Gorgeous continental breakfast provided with sausages, poached eggs, vegan options. Absolutely fantastic room plus a kettle, an iron, and a mini-bar.

The breakfast is lovely, and the location is UNBEATABLE next to the restaurants and bars, all bars and restaurants and lovely rooftop bar with amazing views of York, and the malmaison in Glasgow which is also lovely.

Its location in York was perfect, adjacent to all main tourist attractions and the town centre. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. The breakfast was good hot for the hot food, the best I had in York.

The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

All the staff were eager to help. Quick check-in, quiet rooms on level 3. Overall delicious breakfast with poached eggs, overly done bacon and also the toasts and excellent service.

Walk from the train station, the location was incredible and amazing, on restaurants to visit. Visited a few interesting places, including St Wilfrid's Catholic Church, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Great and lovely location within walking distance of Jorvik Viking Centre.

Got nicely decorated, brand-new room with a bath, all the facilities plus the bedroom.

Fantastic, amazing location short walk to all the major tourist sights as well as easy reach to the shops.

The staff were smart, and the room was excellent sized and contemporary on the 4th level. A couch, a dining area and Nespresso coffee were much appreciated. Location: the hotel was really close to the city centre and the train station, the restaurant on the sky bar, and kebab shop and bus stop.

The breakfast is gorgeous and delicious with overly done bacon, tasted vile and sausage, had everything you could imagine. Good for celebrating anniversary, I would stay here again.

Pleasant views, marvellous and brilliant location in the Esplanade. Luxurious unit with a cosy decor, courteous staff on reception desk. Quick check-in, late check-out. A quiet and impressive hotel, my first choice in York.
